10 month old won't stop pooing - is it normal?

Hello,

I really don't know what to do. My 10 month old used to poo once a day in the morning. For the past 10 days she's been going more like 6 times a day.

She's EBF and it looks normal - yellow and seedy. She still does a large poo in the mornings but now there are also lots of very small ones throughout the day. It's almost like poo is just continuously leaking out? About a week ago there were some green poos but they've been back to yellow for about 5 days now.

She's completely happy, in no pain. Her appetite for solids is good / unchanged. However it is giving her nappy rash.

Could this just be because she's drinking more in the heat? Or a phase that she's going through?

The GP mentioned lactose intolerance but that's pretty unlikely in a young baby as I understand it.

Does anyone know what I should do. Is she even unwell? is there any chance this isn't an illness? Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what to think.

Hi - did you ever get any answers to this? How's your little one now?
