Marks on baby legs

Baby has had these marks on legs since 2 weeks old, now 14 weeks. They sometimes are more faded or go slightly purple, when I asked at 8 week check they were very faded and told they were fine. The have no texture to them, just curious if anyone knows what it is

Honestly don't know on that one but hopefully this will bump for you.

I would presume its just where baby has kicked and wriggled and brushed against themselves. It doesn't look like anything to worry about.
