Waiting for a dentist appointment for my 6 year old but concerned about this. His two front teeth at the top have fallen out. One of his permanent teeth is growing and the tooth beside it is loose. The loose tooth is now pointing outwards and the permanent tooth is growing further back but the gum is coming down over the permanent tooth. He says the loose tooth feels "weird" but not sore.

Not a problem at all. They often get all jumbled up but then sort themselves out. Get wobbling the loose one.

Looks pretty normal, don’t panic.
