Is this a dribble rash or something else? Help a panicky FTM out!

Hi all,
Baby (4 months old now) woke up after a nap today with these red spots on his cheek, chin, under nose and around mouth.
I'm a FTM and have a lot of health anxiety. He scratched himself a few weeks ago and I was convinced it was a cold sore and really panicked. I'm on the wait-list for counselling for postnatal anxiety so I'm aware this is something I need to work on.

I'm hoping/thinking this is dribble rash as he's been very drooly lately and hands, muslins, toys etc all being shoved in his mouth and slobbered over. But one of the marks does look a bit yellowy. All the Google images of dribble rash are much more severe looking so I'm wondering - does this look like dribble rash to you?

Appreciate any advice!

This is what my little one used to have, they are hormone spots? Does look like dribble rash but could also be this, as long as it fades when a glass is pressed against it, it should be fine. Your doing a great job, being a first time mam is hard 💓

It looks like baby acne to me, my DS had this. It cleared up after a few weeks.

As long as he seems well I don't think you need to worry.

My son got this rash few days ago. Doesn't seem to go away. Should i be worried? He seems fine otherwise. He is almost 5 months old. First contact doc said dont worry about it, but then it progressed from neck to face and head.

His neck looks sore almost like eczema?
