UTI in 4yo?

So my 4yo daughter has had a fever since Friday night, it spikes to 40 then Calpol and alternate Ibuprofen bring it down. She's got a very slight cough and bit of a stuffy nose too. We've done 3 lateral flows on her which have been negative but to be honest, it's very difficult to get a good swab as she pulls away and screams etc. She had Covid in March and when we did a lateral flow it always came up strongly positive even if the sample wasn't that good.
She saw the GP yest and the GP dipped her urine and said it was positive for a UTI and has given her antibiotics. She said her chest sounded fine.

The issue I have is, it seems strange she has this slight cough and stuffy nose at the same time, to me it seems like classic Covid but we can't get a great sample and the LFTs we've done are negative anyway. Her temp spiking constantly is also worrying me as it's now 4ish days.

I guess if her urine is positive for a UTI it must be but is it possible for a UTI to do this and for her also to have developed a cough and stuffy nose at the same time? It seems very coincidental.
