Oral thrush in one year old

My LO is 13 months old. He’s had oral thrush (confirmed by dr) since Thursday. He’s been having the drops 4 times a day and his tongue is looking better today. He seems fine in the day but bedtime is just awful. He normally has 9 ounces of milk and falls asleep peacefully on me at 7. The past few days he’s pushing his milk away and is crying like he’s in pain. He’s also arching his back when crying. He’s never cried like this before even when teething.
has anyone experienced this when their LO had oral thrush?

Are youbreast or bottle feeding?
My little girl had chronic thrush from birth until she was 7 months old and I was breastfeeding, It was so hard trying to make sure I as treating us both at the same time. Lots of natural yoghurt is meant to be good I hear x
