Myobrace/small lower jaw/speech delay

(I have a three year old with no problems in this regard- I’m not a nervous new mum)!

My young (7m) daughter, clearly has a very small lower jaw (retrognathia). No teeth yet. I do appreciate a recessed jaw is often normal in babies, but this is significant.

My stepdaughter (7) also has this issue, and has very significant problems with speech and eating. My husband and his sister also has issues prior to lots of orthodontic treatment.

What can I do, and when?

As a baby, I’m limited obviously- I’ve had her tongue tie divided, seen a baby chiro, I breastfeed, do BLW (all in an attempt to promote proper facial development etc).

When would people recommend engaging a speech and language therapist?

Has anyone tried Myobrace, if so what age?

Experiences of this?

Can anyone recommend therapists/practitioners anywhere south of London?
