Do children in the UK have to be vaccinated to attend school?

Is there a question on schools application forms that ask wether a child has had their vaccines before they start? If so do the schools prioritise based on this?

For reasons I won't go into on this thread, I have chosen not to vaccinate so am just curious if this will have an impact on the school application process when the time comes.

Go to any developing country; you will still see people limping around with polio.

There was a case in New York last week, that unvaxxed young adult got polio. So, if because of anti vaxx movement and many parents stop vaccinating kids, then I feel sorry for the kids. They didn't choose not to get vaxxed, their parents did. But the consequence happen to the kids.

Parents who don't vaccinate their children (bar those who are unable due to medical/health reasons) are just plain stupid.
"I've done the research." Well clearly you haven't or you would have vaccinated your children against actual preventable killer illnesses.
How about instead of Googling the vaccines take off your tinfoil hat and Google the illnesses themselves. Read accounts of parents whose children have had these illnesses and be a responsible parent ffs.

No requirement to disclose and no requirement to vaccinate.

I have just seen this. Polio is increasing again. For those considering not having it. Think again

I take your point , but going to school may hopefully educate them into not growing up to be as thick as there parents

I live in France and unvaccinated kids wouldn't be able to go into a childcare setting like a crèche or start school (starts at 3 here) without the age appropriate vaccinations.
