White spot on baby hand

Does anyone know what this might be on my baby's hand? She's 10m old. If your DC had something similar I would love to know. It started off tiny but has been getting bigger. She had one under her eye which has fully disappeared.

I feel silly making a GP appointment just for that but am wondering what it could be.

I had completely forgotten about it now, DC is 2 and I never sought advice in the end, it just disappeared shortly after.
