My little on currently has chicken pox a lot of the spots have now scabbed over however he also has a lot of red spots which aren't blistered or scabbed. Does anyone know if its normal to get spots which haven't scabbed or do they all scab over? He isn't allowed back at nursery until they have all scabbed so not sure what to do.
