UTI lasting 6+ weeks 4 years old

Hello! I really need some advise please. My 4 year old has had a UTI for about 6 weeks now, she’s been on 4 courses of anti biotics which haven’t stopped it. If anything the last lot she’s had has made it worse.
She goes to the toilet in the day time every 30-60mins plus 5+ times throughout the night. She’s so tired and hasn’t had a proper nights sleep in months now. She’s not in any pain with it and she hasn’t had a fever either.
I’ve submitted another urine sample today into the docs to see if it is still positive, which it will be as the symptoms have got worse!
Has anyone else experienced anything similar before? The doc said we will need referring now, maybe for bloods and a kidney scan?

Does she drink orange juice at all? Or any kind of fruit juice?

My sister used to get UTI's from drinking orange juice as it irritated her. The citrus in the juices can irritate the bladder

Thank you, it’s just making her really moody and miserable too. She’s usually so happy but she’s just knackered all the time!
She mainly drinks water really, I did get some cranberry juice to try her with but she didn’t really like it! Thanks for the tip on orange juice, I’ll avoid that ! X
