Best waterproof suncream

Keep seeing these fb reports of children badly burning even though they used Nivea F50. I've always found it ok but now it's got me a bit worried! Which suncream do you use for your children?

I always use soltan once 50+ but still reapply every couple of hours when we're on hol.

It's great for school/nursery/holiday club when it can't be reapplied or DD forgets to do it

Also, people always underestimate how much you actually need (and/or don't reapply frequently enough), if used correctly a 200ml bottle wouldn't last more than 3/4 days on holiday.

I have seen customer complaints regarding burning & sun cream, when they return the bottle they've barely used any & wonder why they burnt

Yes that went through my mind too. I put loads of the nivea one on all of us Sunday. Re applied after an hour in the sea and none of us even got pick but all these reports about the nivea one has got me concerned.

My son usually uses Nivea f50.

I think maybe people aren't reapplying often enough.

I've just invested in the soltan roll on which is soooooooo much easier and no wriggling child (or adult) is getting squirted in the face with suncream 👍🏻

I also use a make up sponge on my DCs faces to ensure a full coverage on the face/neck ears. I find it much easier.

It depends how much you want to spend. I have tried the garner one but found it didn't last!

The P20 worked a treat, lasted all day when I was in and out the pool on holiday.
