What's this on my baby?

Are they bites? The darker dots are chicken pox scars but the two marks on the left lower back and top of right arm are new.

Some more appeared today. I am getting so worried about bedbugs as we were away on holiday earlier this week :(

What colour are they OP? It’s hard to tell from the photos. If he isn’t poorly, then I wouldn’t be overly concerned - dd has had lots of weird and wonderful rash type things that have stumped doctors. My best guess would be bug bites. Can you get some insect repellent?

They're light pink/red. He's not bothered at all and I usually wouldn't have given it another thought (or even noticed them) but I've been anxious about bedbugs from going away do am now looking for signs everywhere and getting worried.
