Repeated spots on stomach DS11

Does anyone know what this might be? My 11 year old keeps getting spots on his stomach, mostly one at a time. They leave a dark patch when they go. He says they’re not itchy…

Molloscum contagiosum

Oh gosh my 12 year old kept on getting these over an 8 month period. He kept on squeezing them too. I found the official name for them but Can’t find it now. The advice was to leave them but if they do burst (or they get squeezed….) cover in antiseptic cream and keep clean. It drove me mad but now we’ve been a year with none. Thought it might be reassuring for you to hear you’re not alone!

In our case it wasn’t molluscum

Pls take your child to the GP. Looks like molluscum but may also be some sort of inflammatory condition.

Thanks everyone! His spots don’t have a dimple in the middle, but some of the pictures of Molloscum contagiosum do look similar. We’re off on holidays for a few weeks, but will see if I can get a phone call with the gp.
