Good evening anyone,

This is about my 4 year old and something that has been happening in the last period.

We recently noticed that Leo was picking the skin around his nail at the point to make it bleed. Talking with the preschool key person that was never done while he was there so it was only afternoon/evening when he wasn't "entertained". We came up with the solution buying some fidget that made that stop.

About a month ago we noticed some blisters like on his tongue and he was complaining a lot about the pain and "spicy" sensation in his mouth. We took him to the GP and he told us that it was thrush. After a week of antibiotics the blisters were gone.

Sunday night again the same happened, same blisters and same pain. Took him to A&E and after 5h waiting the pediatric told us to check with the dentist because it is definitely not thrush. Been to the dentist and she never seen anything similar.

Looking at Leo's movements when not busy we noticed that he's rubbing a lot his tongue against his teeth so went online found something about mouth ulcers and tongue biting. And that would explain why this blisters are coming only in the evening when home.

Can this be related with the previous skin picking? Doesn anyone had the same problem?

I'll attach some pictures to help.

Thanks
