health & development book - inaccurate info possibly

Heya

Noticed on my two child's red books that on the sticky lable that the midwife/nurse prints off when baby is born, that amongst other personal information, they put down length of gestation down.

My two were born 40+6 and 41+4.
On the label in the book, they're down as being born 41 and 42 weeks.

Presumed this is just rounding-up the weeks? Or innocent mistake? Or they could only enter in 'weeks' only?

Just curious and I know it doesn't matter. But does make me wonder what other tiny details are inaccurate if you don't check.

I guess when a completed week is done, the following 6 days, you're in the next 'week' etc.

Thanks in advance x
