Vaccine when child has fever already

My dc aged 3 is due for a first chickenpox vaccine tomorrow but now has a high temp since this morning where he most likely caught something from nursery. Do I still take him for the vaccine tomorrow or shall I cancel and reschedule? Thank you.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

When ever mine have had a vaccine the question was always are they well? Just a cold they can have if they have a temperature then no they can't have a the vaccine.

Cancel and reschedule, it's the first question they ask is if they are running a temperature.

Thank you everyone. I have just cancelled it and will reschedule it for next week. I just wasn't sure but was thinking he might spike a fever having the vaccine and if he's already got a fever, then it might complicate matters.
