Hi all
So last August my son was very poorly with a bowel condition and has needed iron top ups now and then as his iron keeps getting low. He was on special liquid from the doctor last year. Ive noticed hes getting a little lethargic again so
I was just wondering would he be able to have a spa tone sachet daily and some ferroglobin syrup every other day? Ferroglobin is a multivitamin also to keep him topped up? Instead of ringing the doctor again. Hes fine in himself etc and they are both good stuff do any of you do this ?

I give my child spa tone every now and then as she likes the taste (odd I know) but in your case I'd rather check in with GP as there's a history of needing proper supplementation

My sons ferratin levels are on the low side (he has ulcerated colitis) I give him Spatone in orange.

it's easy o the stomach and won't do any harm
