Lumps on scrotum

My DS (13) has come to me tonight and asked is it normal to have lumps on his scrotum. Concerned and DH at work he described these lumps as a lot of white spots like a normal skin spot but down below. He said that they have been there for weeks and are not itchy or anything but he has tried to pop a few and white puss like has come out, others are large white and red but can't be popped.

Any suggestions what this could be and cream for it?

Hello Debbie, has this been sorted out or still a problem? If not then either you or his dad need to have a look and see if it’s serious, if so then go see your GP
