Polio booster

How do I find out if my child has had the Polio booster for 14 year olds? My son was 14 during lockdown 1 so I don't think he's had it but there's a possibility it's one of the injections that he's had at school so I want to check. This school year he's definitely had the flu jab and Covid vaccine but I'm not sure if he's had any others?

I think they are due 2 vaccines around that age as they also get the MenACWY as well as the 3 in 1 booster. Might it be on his gp records?

School would have emailed you and asked for consent (they can not vaccinate without it) I searched my emails for immunisation (turns out not deleting emails can be helpful)

Ask the GP or contact the vaccination team for his school. School will give you contact details.
Does he remember having 2 injections at the same time ?

They can do Gillick consent, but will always prefer to contact parents.

Your GP practise should be able to access the records and let you know. They will also know if any catch up clinics too
