4yo threw up early hours of Monday, then diarrhoea and a fever until Monday afternoon.
Tuesday was tired but stools back to normal and nibbled some food.
Wednesday seemed to bounce back - normal solid poos and ate almost normally.
Wednesday night - explosive diarrhoea made a comeback and continued through the night and most of today! (Thursday)
Has anyone else had this stop start bug?! It has really caught me off guard and not sure what to expect over the next few days.
