Hi all

I'm a first time mum to my 5 mo DD

The other day I took her in a changing room at a shopping centre as she filled a nappy.

Whilst on the changing table she was looking around on the ceiling

A few minutes later she started screaming uncontrollably. When I looked up I've noticed how bright the spotlights were

I wonder if that's why she was screaming? She kept squinting her eyes for the entire afternoon but after a nap she seemed fine.

Do you think I should take her in for a check? I can't stop thinking about it 🥲 why have I not checked the spotlights before 😭
