My ds has been diagnosed with VSD and can be called for surgery in the coming months. I was wondering if anyone on here has had similar experience and could give some insight to the surgery and recovery process. His surgeon has went over the basics but I just want a parent/carers perspective.
He's 16 months and absolutely wild it's hard to believe his wee heart isn't working as it should.
