I've recieve confirmation in regards to my son's orthodontic treatment being stopped solely because the orthodontic practice is failing to renew the NHS contract that they have. My son's braces have broken. What are my options, does anyone know? Is the orthodontist still expected to continue my sons emergency treatment? Thanks.

Is another orthodontic practice in the area taken up the NHS contract OP? If so, your DC should be able to be transferred over.

Can he be transferred to another orthodontic practice or hospital? Breakages may be payable anyway.
