Also maybe not relevant but his nose bless him is constantly runny. No signs of allergies or anything he doesn't seem to notice either
He's very well in himself

It's hard to tell as I can't enlarge the photo, but does It have dots? It looks warty to me.

Basilbrushgotfat · 06/06/2022 10:51

Not necessarily, could be broken skin from dryness/dribbling/low immunity

Sux2buthen · 06/06/2022 11:07

It was a little oozy yesterday but he had scratched it not realising there was something there.
I've started vitamins and he drinks lots of water etc as he's not the most varied eater despite my efforts.
They look a bit scabbed in real life.
Thanks I didn't think it was cold sores, was just reassuring myself

Impetagio? I had that once near my mouth. Tiny little sores, dry and a bit flaky if I remember rightly.

With yellowish ooze.

Heckythump1 · 06/06/2022 13:04

Could be HFM, quite a lot of it about at the moment. (don't have to have spots in all three places and can have them in other places, my husband had it and his knees and bum were pickled :P )

Sux2buthen · 06/06/2022 15:56

Oh god all of mine had HFM a couple of years ago their nails fell out it was hideous!

Angular chelitis ? Seems like lots of people have it at the moment including my 18 year old daughter, we're really struggling to clear it up

LapinR0se · 06/06/2022 16:12

Impetigo I’d say

nearlyspringyay · 06/06/2022 16:21

HFM?

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 06/06/2022 16:25

Looks more like impetigo to me.

Sux2buthen · 08/06/2022 17:53

It's gone! Quick as it came it was bizarre.
I'm keeping an eye on him though
