Silent reflux and cows milk allerg

I have a baby girl whos is 9 weeks 4 days old.
Since being a week old she has been constipated. She does not drink more than 1-2oz of milk every 3-4hours over the past 4 weeks she’s has gone on milk strike a few times and is refusing the bottle. Screaming arching her back and can see pain when drinking. We have had two hospital stays. Now I have been told she has silent reflux. We are on day 2 of omeprazole, and day 3 of gaviscon in ever other bottle (6 times a day) also lactulose.
Today I was told she may have a cows milk allergy and has been put on nutramegen milk.
she has been refusing to feed again I know the milk is horrible.
has anyone got any experience of this and does it get easy will she take to the milk and all her meds settle her down.
its making her very distressed and me too.

Oh bless you it's so hard at this age.
My dd has cmpa but it's the complete opposite to constipation. I mean she was 15 - 20 explosive nappies a day. It seems unusual to have constipation as a symptom of cmpa.
I would say that every single mum I know has been in your shoes with regards to suspecting reflux etc and it does get easier as they get older.
How's her weight gain?

They are investigating her for a bowel disease. However I think maybe her intake is not good enough for her to have her bowels open daily and maybe every few days is her pattern. She’s gone from 25th centile to 9th not dropped weight but gaining a oz a week! She was 9lb 3 last week 9lb 4 today!
it’s really hard! She doesn’t go above 11oz in 12hrs most days

My daughter is now 6months old
has had poor weight gain since birth.
diagnosed with CMPA and silent reflux also a possible bowel disease at one point.
I took her to a private professional 3 weeks ago and was told she had a severe tongue tie. We had this snipped and now I’m wondering if she even has all the other things they diagnosed her with and if all of the feeding issues were down to tongue tie.
does anyone else have this experience who can help.
I don’t want her on omeprazole and gaviscon and keep dairy away if it’s not necessary.
