My 2 year old has always been a bad eater but recently she has gotten sooo bad! She hardly eats anything all day! She doesn’t have breakfast, i try give her some snacks in between she refuses. At lunch time she resumed tk even ssit on the seat. So u try and let her eat the way she wants to but even then she doesn’t eat. She asks for milk about 3pm. Instead of milk I try giving her her lunch again and refuses. I have tried everything. Making different meals making them look cool. In a day I can make her different lunches 2-3 times and they all go to waste. Even dinner she doesn’t eat. So through out the day all she has is milk and maybe half a potatoe/chips. What can I do. I started giving her vitamins however evey night she woke up cry for milk Atleast 2 bottles! as the next day she won’t eat again.I stopped the vitamins and she still doesn’t eat

Hi, sorry you're having a hard time. My little one is super fussy, but slowly getting better now he's 4. He still drinks formula before bed and in the morning, but this is a big step from where I was last year.

I found doing plates with picky foods helped, keeping foods separate from one another and letting him choose what to eat helped. If he wants to eat plain pasta and cucumber that's all ok. At least it's food.

Also, going to nursery helped, they stop giving them milk at a certain age, so if he didn't eat something from the snacks or lunch offered he was starving and so he started to try things.

I know it's really hard, but you're doing a great job.
