Really not sure what's wrong with DS and if maybe it's a weird bug that's around at the moment?
It started on Sunday night, he skipped his dinner then had an unsettled night which his unlike him. Skipped his breakfast too then was absolutely fine all day. In the evening he had a mild temperature for a couple of hours. He was then up crying every couple of hours through the night. He mentioned his bottom being scratchy so we gave him Ovex. Next day he was completely normal, but woke the next night needing a poo and saying his tummy hurts (we assumed a side effect of Ovex).
Again he was fine during the day, eating well. This evening he mentioned not feeling very well again but was bouncing happily again after he had a poo. But he has now just woken up for another poo and saying his tummy hurts.
The poos are a little loose but not massively. There have been 2 cases of D&V at nursery apparently. But with sickness bugs they've always started suddenly in the past, not dragged for days with just a stomachache.
What do you think. Sickness bug? Other bug? Worms & Ovex side effect?
