4yo DD unusual mark/mole

When dd was a baby she had a spot on her forehead, scabbed and when that came off left a mark like a freckle.

It's under her fringe so don't often see it, but whilst putting a cold flannel on a bruise I thought it looked a bit different. I've been googling and I'm now really very worried. I've booked a drs appointment but they can't see her til the 7th.

Would you worry about this?

It is hard to tell from the picture. It looks a bit like a juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG), a benign accumulation of histiocytes (a type of cells).
If it is a JXG, it will go away on its own and is not a source of concern.
