Acne? (Photo included, sorry)

14 yo dd has spots on her cheeks and chin. I think it’s acne. Its gradually got worse this week.

Has anyone else’s pre teen/teen had this? Does anything help?

I would go to the GP. Acne needs treating with medication.

Over the counter - a cleanser with salysillic acid might help - cerave do one. With a light moisturiser.

Yeah I think it is, it is wide spread but the spots look on the mild side. Lots of things will help Have a read of the Acne Section in Caroline Hirons book skin boss. Certainly a trip to Dr's also.
