Toddler constantly ill

Dd is 2.10 years old and has been in nursery since ten months. She is constantly coming home I’ll. so far this year she’s had multiple coughs and colds and we’re now on our third vomiting bug since January. I thought the incidence of illness would decrease the longer she was in childcare but right now I feel like she is constantly ill. Is this amount of illness normal for a toddler who’s been in nursery for a relatively good amount of time? I don’t know if it’s about time I mention the frequency of illnesses to a doctor

My son is 3 years 4 months and has been at nursery for 1 year 8 months. He Still gets a cold or cough or tummy bug about every 3- 6 weeks. It's draining

My DC1 is almost 4 and been in nursery since 9 months old. She went throughout the pandemic, the times when nursery was only open to keyworkers she was hardly ill. Outside of that time period, yes she is ill usually once a month or often much more than that. She has a cold right now, we all have it, think we got it from DH though who was unwell first. He is a frontline HCP so between him bringing everything home from work and DD bringing everything home from nursery, we only get odd weeks here and there where nobody in our household is unwell! It's a nightmare and makes it very hard to visit family especially elderly/vulnerable relatives as obviously we wouldn't if anyone has a cold or anything.

Mine is exactly the same. She is 32 months and be at nursery for 19 months. She is always ill, about every 3 weeks we have a new thing. GP uninterested, says normal as she’s absolutely ok in between episodes.
