Chicken pox or viral infection?

My 1 year old girl had come out in this rash, does it look like viral or chicken pox? Not sure what to look out for with chicken pox. Has a high temp too but no other symptoms

Give the GP a call tomorrow, DS had a temp and a rash like this and it turned out to be scarlet fever. I called and said I thought it was chicken pox and they asked me to email over pictures, then gave him a same day appointment to give antibiotics.
