11 month old pooing lots

I’m a bit worried about how frequently my 11 month old DS is pooing. It’s maybe 4-5 times a day on average - today it was 7! He’s also having some difficulty straining and the poos are quite solid - but then the frequency makes me think he’s not constipated.

Has anyone experienced this/ any advice? Is this normal??

I had this with my son around the same age when he was on a liquid multivitamin! Could it be that?

He’s still taking a decent amount of formula so we’ve not started giving him multivitamins just yet
