Hoping this is a good place for advice.. this is my first experience with children's adult teeth coming through and google isn't helping.
My childs (5) bottom two front teeth have both come out within three weeks of each other, I've noticed the holes they've left in the gums seem huge and rather than the adult teeth coming up through that part of the gum they seem to be in a row behind all the other teeth

Both adult teeth were there immediately after the tooth had come out if that makes any difference

I have hopefully attached pictures to show what I mean, can anyone advise if this is normal? we are booked in with the dentist but the earliest appointment is July.

They will straighten out.

DD has exactly this. Same teeth, same spacing, same timing.

One of her adult teeth is moving forward now, the other still a little behind.

We took her to her dentist who said they'd both straighten, pressure from the tongue will push them forward.

They look normal- the adult teeth don’t necessarily inhabit the same spot as the milk teeth, especially on the bottom row. In fact I don’t think any of my DC’s teeth did.

It all falls in to place over time.

They will move into the correct position. My dd's adult teeth were the same and they moved into the correct position pretty quickly.

Had this with both my children, had 2 rows of teeth like a shark Grin. They move into the correct place as the jaw grows and more teeth fall out and more adult teeth come in.
