Anyone recognise this rash

Appeared on my daughters arm today. She’s 5.

Could it be grass rash? I get a rash like that from sitting on grass with bare skin.

Polymorphic light eruption I think...has she had suncream on today etc? I get it when I use a cream my skin doesn't like which creates a lot pf heat on my skin
