Toddler rash on cheek

My 17month old has had one red cheek for a couple of months now. Doesn't bother her whatsoever so I'm not sure whether it's GP worthy. She does have eczema in the usual places but this does seem fairly different (not itchy, not rough). The spot with the whitehead has come up over night although there are occasionally spots in the red area. Other cheek is completely fine. Any ideas?

Mine used to get this when I used to wipe their faces with wet wipes.

Thanks! That may we'll be it. Have just been reading how bad some can be particularly for sensitive skin! Will give it a few days and see how we're doing

one of mine has an allergy to one of the preservatives in some wipes too which made him raw! Good luck
