Hayfever 2 year old

My nearly 3 year old has a sore red nose lips skin around that area. He is rubbing CONSTANTLY which has made it sore he's sniffing a lot and saying he has something in his eyes and rubbing. Does this sound like hayfever? Any recommendations on how to treat it?

Think the only thing suitable for that age group might be piriton

There's a kids Benadryl that's ok from age 2 as well

It could well be hay fever, especially if there is a family history of it, but in a child this age it is always better to get advice from a doctor.
