Spot on baby’s lip

Hi everyone just looking for some advice.

so my 3 month old has developed a spot on their lip I’m pretty sure it’s just a milk spot but my MIL has been over with a cold sore so just wanting to check that it doesn’t look like the start of a cold sore as i don’t really know what that looks like.

I wouldn’t worry too much OP. It does look like a milk spot. It’s very small and hardly noticeable. Just keep an eye on it.
