Strange rash on sons chest

Hi :) I have a 6 year old son and I noticed a few days he had a bumpy rash on his chest - it wasn’t itchy and it didn’t bother him (first picture). Now a few days later the rash has turned red (second picture).

He’s absolutely fine in himself, and has no other medical conditions. Any advice on what this could be?

Hello, the first pic looks a bit like an allergic reaction type rash. Have you used different washing powder/fabric conditioner by any chance or different bath products?

Could be a sweat rash given the location.
