Any ideas what this spotty rash is please?

My DS 9 has come out in this spotty rash. I took him to the pharmacist and she thought possibly chicken pox (he’s had them before) and to watch out for more spots.

No more have appeared in the last 6 hours and they’re not itchy. He’s been well in himself.

any thoughts please?

I would say bites or chicken pox. It's too widespread for shingles.

you can get chicken pox more than once but they don’t look like pox to me

I can't see very well but there's one or two that look a bit like molluscum, do they up close?

Thanks all I’m thinking bites too but they aren’t itchy. Just not sure when he could’ve been bitten so much.

ive looked up molluscum and I don’t think they look like that but thanks for the suggestion.
