Does anyone know what these could be? Apparently they aren't itchy, he started with the yesterday more have come up today.

Could be molluscum contagiosum. They look similar to the bumps DS had when he had it

I had chicken pox at 19, the don't itch at the start, they just pop up. The blister on them is clear signs of chicken pox. Wishing him a speedy recovery x

I had chickenpox in my 20s. They didn't itch until day 5. My temperature came up on day 4 and I felt rotten, so spent ages trying to bring my temperature down. When it came down, I itched unbearably. So I went for a hot shower and brought it up again and (possibly psychologically) they stopped itching.

He's saying now they do itch, kids eh.
