Eczema?

My 6 month old has had this patch on her jaw for about 2 weeks now. Do you think it could be eczema? I'm going to get her to the doctors this week.

My son had a patch on his face like this when he was a baby also.
I got some hydromol cream from the chemist and it took it away straight away.
I was originally advised adults aveeno but that didn't work for us, it did for my friends child.
