Teething and more poo?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help.
My nearly 8 month old has had bad nappies for 5 days now. Before this she would poo every other day or if every day it would be just once/twice a day. The last few days she has been pooping 3/4 times a day and most of them a runny/liquid like. She has seemed ok in herself, no fever etc... But the poos seem to be becoming more frequent not better.
I wondered if anyone else has experienced this with their child when teething or could this be something more? I assumed if it was a tummy bug it would have passed after 5 days. Thank you.

Yeah they can have loose stools whilst teething.
Anything new in her diet the past week?

It's something to do with how the saliva changes while teeth erupt I think. The saliva becomes more acidic which then filters down and causes runny poo.

She's had egg made with cows milk on Tuesday but was fine when she had it before. If something's irritated her can it take a while to come out of her digestive system?

Thank you. Does it make them go more? My daughter has gone from 1/2 poos every other day to 3/4 poos a day in the past week.
