Chicken pox advice!

Hello! My boy is 2 and came out in chicken pox on Tuesday. Since then he has had bad diarrhea and sickness (on and off) with no temperature.
My first got chicken pox when he was 3 and I don't remember him being sick with it.
Has anyone else's experienced the sickness and diarrhea with chicken pox? I've seen a lot of posts about the sickness before the spots appear but this is after! Thanks for reading.

I suspected pox was starting for us Tuesday and a couple spots appeared! 24hours later he started throwing up on and off for another 24 hours . He was covered in spots by Thursdays and now they are scabbing but he still had really loose nappies and absolutely no appetite 😩 so not quite the same but his had absolutely affected his tum too he is 20 months old x
