2 year old chest pain?

I am currently waiting for an out of hours appointment (have been told to phone 111 after 6.30pm by GP receptionist) but in the meantime has anyone got any ideas what this could be? My 2 year has been rubbing her chest and saying her tummy hurts (but is definitely rubbing her chest). She does go a little quiet and stares into space before doing this, but then is running around back to herself very soon afterwards. It has happened a few times over the past few weeks but she seemed fine afterwards and soon forgot about it, but today she really did sound in pain when she said it and it's happened a few times now. She has literally no other symptoms so I'm sure it is nothing to worry about but I can't help being a bit concerned.

Impossible to diagnose over the internet, but that description has me wondering about gastro oesophageal reflux. GP might suggest a trial of gaviscon, to see if it helps.
