Baby eye drops?

My daughter is 3 months old and she has been getting eye infections (or symptoms similar to that, maybe caused by a blocked tear duct, I don't know) since she was born. Her eyes get yellow or green discharge every other week. It can get quite bad. I always use expressed breast milk in sterile syringes and so far, this has worked wonders. But this time it doesn't seem to be going away. Is there a baby eye drop we could use? (I don't necessarily mean over the counter, I'm happy to ask the GP, but I'm wondering about other people's experiences) I also think that there's an eyelash in the corner of her eye that curls inwards and I cannot get that out - I wonder if it keeps irritating her maybe. Thankfully she doesn't seem to be in pain but I feel horrible about her having eye discharge basically without much of a break. Thanks in advance :)

I think you will have to go to the GP - pharmacists won't usually give eye drops for young kids. I remember having to take DS when he was a bit older than that because the pharmacist couldn't help.

Take her to the GP.
If it's blocked tear ducts, they can show you how to massage them to help with drainage.
