Does anyone know what this might be?

It's been next to my daughter's lip for about 3 weeks now. It was very big and red and now looks like this. It doesn't seem to be causing her any discomfort?

I don't know but I would ask the pharmacist as it does not look serious, and isn't hurting.

When you say it was big and red - that makes me think cold sore.
