Low immune system?

My 7 year old daughter seems to have a constant run of illnesses and I'm wondering if it's her immune system.

She had Scarlett Fever twice in the space of a year a few years ago and since then she has struggled with allergies, tonsillitis, verrucas, eczema and mouth ulcers. I've mentioned it several times to the nurse at the GP surgery when she's needed to be seen (her last bout of tonsillitis was particularly bad and needed antibiotics). I was just told to give her multivitamins which I'm already doing.

She has a mouth ulcer now for a week which just doesn't seem to be getting better. I've been to see the pharmacist this morning and she gave me some fungal cream incase it's a fungal infection and told me to see the doctor if it hasn't gone in another week.

My daughter is a normal weight, gets plenty of fresh air and exercise and has a relatively healthy diet - lots of fruit and raw veg (she's not keen on cooked veg). She's on Avamys and Benadryl for what I was told was hayfever but it doesn't seem to tie in with seasonal allergies. Her tonsils are always huge and she says her throat feels blocked a lot and her voice is always husky.

I don't know what else to do. Is it something she'll grow out of? I don't know whether to push for her doctor to investigate it further or if it's just one of those things?
