Did any of your children have side effects after the vaccine?

My daughter had her second recently alongside her COVID. She passed out and since has been complaining of feeling generally unwell.

Stormchaser1502 · 28/03/2022 11:26

Do you think this may have been Covid vaccine related more so?

My daughter and son have both had both doses, absolutely fine.

MegCleary · 28/03/2022 11:31

No issues

NotMrsTumble · 28/03/2022 11:40

Both older teens DD & DS have had it with no issues at all. The reduced figures for cervical cancer speak volumes. And felt it important to protect DS from penile cancers too. (plus the reduction in throat and neck cancers).

Theforest · 28/03/2022 11:46

Had both shots. No issues at all. Not even achy arm.

SoupDragon · 28/03/2022 11:48

DD had it and was fine.

(She was ill after both Covid jabs though)

dementedpixie · 28/03/2022 11:53

Dd was fine after both doses and also fine after 3 covid vaccines

Stormchaser1502 · 28/03/2022 12:16

That’s great thank you.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but daughter had HPV vaccine first dose last Monday and is only now complaining that her arm is sore and it hurts to lift her arm or press the injection site. Is this a side effect?

Lindy2 · 29/08/2022 13:54

jillymcnilly a perfectly normal side effect. It shouldn't last more than a few days.
