My DD has been unwell on and off since October, with episodes of fatigue and shooting pains - back, head and limbs. Each time she has been unwell there has been a Covid outbreak at school, but she hasn't ever tested positive. (She had it when I did in April 2020 though).

The last time she was fatigued it took over a week to resolve then a few days later she started with intense pain in her left leg. This was 11 days ago and is no better now. I took a photo of her legs yesterday as the bad leg looks almost purple in places! But no obvious injury happened and it's not swollen and I wouldn't say it was bruised, she is able to get around by hobbling on her heel mostly.

I'm going to take her back to the GP tomorrow but not sure what it could be?
A week ago I took her to the GP and they said it could be growing pains or post viral, however it's gone on so long now and it's constant pain, she says it's in her bone - shin, knee and lower part of her thigh.
She had blood tests in Jan but they were all normal then.
Anyone have any experience of this?
